Yvonne

Originally from Houston, Yvonne always knew they wanted to work with animals. In 2022, they graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Sciences from Texas A&M University. This is Yvonne’s first role in a small animal vet setting. A lifelong lover of horses, they originally set out to work for a large-animal vet. Yvonne enjoys the challenge of applying their equine veterinary knowledge to small animal medicine. In the future, they would like to pursue a master’s degree in Marine Biology.

Outside of work, Yvonne enjoys reading non-fiction crime novels as well as painting and practicing cross-stitch. They have two cats, Selene and Socrates, and a Betta fish named Circe.
