While we will take walk-ins (when there is availability) and of course emergencies during our operating hours, we prefer to work with you by appointment so that we can remain fully dedicated to you and your pet’s needs.

The easiest way to schedule any kind of appointment is to call us at 512-VET-CARE (512-838-2273), so we can ask pertinent questions. But there are many digital ways to contact us as well:

  • Filling out a short website form.
  • You may TEXT us during normal business hours to our main line, 512-838-2273 if you have non-urgent, simple inquiries.

Convenient Availability

For your convenience, we accept early pet drop-offs for busy pet parents between 7:00 & 8:00AM during the week. Please call us in advance to schedule. Drop-offs are popular for sick pet evaluations, spa days and scheduled surgeries.

Doctor and tech appointments begin at 8:00AM, Monday through Saturday.

We accept non-scheduled work-ins based on urgency and doctor discretion, whenever possible. Work-in and emergency fees may apply.

The PetDesk App
