When Payment is Expected
In order to focus on our patients’ needs, customer service and minimizing costs, we do not bill. Payment is expected when services are rendered.
CareCredit Program
When unexpected illness strikes a pet, unexpected expenses strike as well. Manchaca Village Veterinary Care understands this, and is able to make some special arrangements through the CareCredit program. It takes just 5 minutes to complete an application and will allow you to break down your payment into 6 monthly installments. You can either apply at our hospital, where we’ll call in your application over the phone for immediate approval, or apply yourself online at www.CareCredit.com.

Insurance For Your Pets
Many pet owners use pet insurance as a way to cap pet care costs. There is great variation in the offerings, premiums, deductibles and limitations of the various pet health insurance policies. Some cover emergencies only, and some cover preventative care. Some offer financial incentives for insuring pets at a very young age, and some offer less-restrictive coverage in exchange for higher premiums. Also, breed-specific limitations exist with many policies, so it’s worth reading the fine print.
