Crystal

Though born in Mississippi, Crystal grew up in Hutto, TX. As a child, her grandmother had a dachshund named Scooter who died from cancer. The loss, while painful for young Crystal, also sparked her interest in veterinary medicine. She knew she wanted to help animals, like Scooter, when she grew up. After graduating, she got her degree in General Animal Sciences from Texas State University. Crystal has now been in the veterinary field for three years and is a welcome addition to our MVVC tech team.

Outside of work, Crystal enjoys spending time outdoors swimming, hiking or paddle boarding. She also loves live music and hanging out with her 5-year-old lab, Chloe. She also enjoys reading and painting when she has some down time. We are happy to have her on our team!
