Though born in Texas, Maddie grew up in Topeka, KS. Her love of animals began with her family
pugs, and her pug obsession continuous to this day! She went to the University of Kansas where
she earned a BGS in Political Science and Sociology. After graduating, she moved back to her
home state and put roots down in Austin. Maddie previously worked in the service industry
before pivoting to veterinary medicine to join MVVC. She adores every patient that comes
through the door and every opportunity to help clients with the care of their pets.
Some of Maddie’s favorite things include doing pilates, playing Candy Crush, all things pink…and
pugs, of course. She currently has a cat named Binx and her family pug, Bianca.
