Manchaca Village Veterinary Care offers limited boarding for dogs and cats, in our new kennel facility, featuring temperature and humidity control separate from the rest of the hospital. All cages and large runs are drained below to prevent pets from getting wet.
Dogs are walked a minimum of three times a day during the week and twice daily on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. We interact with them throughout the day and give them treats occasionally. We encourage you to bring your pet's food from home, but we can supply food for a small additional fee. Our doctors are "on call" for our boarders should medical attention be required after-hours.
Our most frequent boarders are pets whose parents are traveling for short term vacations or holidays, and even those with chronic diseases who require daily medicine like insulin. For the protection of all our boarders, each pet is required to be current on their immunizations. Please call for list of required immunizations.
